Allison Brooks Janney, an American actress from America. Known for her performances across the stage and screen and stage, she has won numerous distinctions, such as the Academy Award a British Academy Film Award a Golden Globe Award and seven Primetime Emmy Awards, in addition to two nominations for Tony Awards. After more than two decades in regional theater as an actress, Allison Janney became a household actor playing White House press secretary C.J. Gregg on the popular and acclaimed television drama The West Wing (NBC 1999-2006). Allison Janney is a natural late bloomer. It took her a full year longer than her Ohio classmates to get a driving license. When she first went on a date, it was when she attended university. In spite of auditioning at when she was 23, she didn't appear on screen until she reached her late 30s. After separating from Mom in the year 2020, Faris has been very selective about her roles mostly being in animation, aside of the 2022 film The Estate. Faris has revealed to PEOPLE she did not make this choice consciously. Anna Faris left CBS's hit sitcom Mom in the middle of its final season and the eighth. Faris said she quit the show to pursue new opportunities. But, as of now Faris admits that it was not an unintentional choice. Janney has been wearing an unreal wig when she began the series. Fallon revealed: "I told Fallon that Janney was wearing a hair since the beginning of season 1, however, no one knew of it. Since then, everyone is aware." Janney will take her wig along with her to commemorate the moment. In the beginning of the show, she earned anywhere from $125,000 to the amount of $250,000 for each episode. In the third and forth season, Faris's Co-star Allison Janey was earning an estimated $200,000 per show.
